Temple Beth-El of Jersey City is presenting The Reenactment of the Trial of Ethel Rosenberg, a thought provoking interactive event created by Justice for All: Courts and the Community, a civic education initiative of the Federal Courts of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. The reenactment examines questions such as: How does our system of justice bend under the weight of national crisis? Were the Rosenbergs Soviet spies? What was Ethel's role - if any? Did Ethel Rosenberg deserve the death penalty? And did Ethel's Jewish identity affect the trial and its outcome?

The date of this event is Saturday December 16th, at Temple Beth-El, located at 2419 Kennedy Boulevard in Jersey City. This is a free event with a request for a $5 donation. All are welcome and feel free to bring children (although the event is geared towards 12 and up). TBE is also seeking actors to play various roles (no experience necessary and no lines to memorize).
